Shrimp Stuffed Apples
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Mayonnaise||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)|
|Tomato paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Drop|
|Dill pickles||2 , sliced|
|Stuffed olives||4 , chopped|
|Pink shrimp/Grey shrimp||180 Milliliter, cooked, shelled (3/4 Cup)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
– Slice top off apples and remove core, seeds and pulp, taking care not to pierce skin. Slice pulp into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
– In a bowl, combine apple cubes with stuffing ingredients.
– Spoon stuffing into apples a few minutes before serving.
