|Brown sugar||4 Tablespoon|
€¢ Peel the apples, cut them into quarters and core.
€¢ Arrange in a single layer, core-side down, in a buttered microwave-safe baking dish.
€¢ Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice to taste, brown sugar, brandy and cinnamon.
€¢ Microwave 10 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Baste several times with the juice in the bottom of the dish
