Baked Apples With Sultanas
|Soft brown sugar||100 Gram|
|Cooking apples||4 Medium, cored|
|Boiling water||150 Milliliter|
Grease the cooking pot with the butter.
Run a sharp knife around the centre of each apple enough to score the skin.
Mix together the sugar and sultanas and pack tightly into the apples.
Stand each apple on a square of foil shaped to form a saucer.
Arrange the apples and foil in the Slo cooker and pour in the boiling water.
Cook for the recommended time.
