Baked Apples With Sultanas

Ingredients
  Butter 15 Gram
  Soft brown sugar 100 Gram
  Sultanas 50 Gram
  Cooking apples 4 Medium, cored
  Boiling water 150 Milliliter
Directions

Grease the cooking pot with the butter.
Run a sharp knife around the centre of each apple enough to score the skin.
Mix together the sugar and sultanas and pack tightly into the apples.
Stand each apple on a square of foil shaped to form a saucer.
Arrange the apples and foil in the Slo cooker and pour in the boiling water.
Cook for the recommended time.
Cooking time for this recipe does depend to some extent on the variety of apple used.
