Crunchy Apple Stir Fry
|Vegetable oil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carrots||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Dried basil leaves||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Chinese pea pods||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh/Frozen)|
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion, carrots and basil; stir-fry until carrots are tender.
Stir in pea pods and water; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in apple.
