Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), half brown
  Sifted flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix and cut in with pastry blender until well blended and like meal in consistency.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
