Apple Grapefruit Molds
|Canned grapefruit sections||8 Ounce|
|Lime flavored gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Diced unpared apple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Drain grapefruit, reserving syrup; cut up grapefruit sections.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Add enough water to reserved syrup to make 1 cup; stir into dissolved gelatin.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in grapefruit and apple.
Pour into six 1/2 cup molds.
Chill till firm
