Butternut Squash And Apple Fluff

Ingredients
  Peeled sliced butternut 16 Ounce (Use Any Other Winter Squash)
  Cooking apples 4 Medium, peeled, cored and sliced
  Water/Dietetic carbonated beverage (any flavor) 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar replacement 3 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Cloves 1 Dash
  Ginger 1 Dash
Directions

In saucepan combine squash, apples, water or beverage and salt; bring to boil and cook 15 minutes, or until squash and apples are soft.
Mash well or puree in blender with remaining ingredients.
Transfer to baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350° F. for 20-30 minutes.
