Butternut Squash And Apple Fluff
|Peeled sliced butternut||16 Ounce (Use Any Other Winter Squash)|
|Cooking apples||4 Medium, peeled, cored and sliced|
|Water/Dietetic carbonated beverage (any flavor)||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar replacement||3 Tablespoon|
In saucepan combine squash, apples, water or beverage and salt; bring to boil and cook 15 minutes, or until squash and apples are soft.
Mash well or puree in blender with remaining ingredients.
Transfer to baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350Â° F. for 20-30 minutes.
