Cinnamon Baked Apples
|Baking apples||4 Large (Use Rome Beauties Or Courtlands)|
|Cinnamon candies||4 Tablespoon (Use Small Ones)|
Core apples without cutting through bottom skin of apple and peel about 1 inch of the peel from the stem end of each apple.
If necessary, cut a thin slice from the bottom of each apple so it will stand upright.
Arrange apples in a shallow, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish.
Place 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon candies in the cavity of each apple.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 6 minutes or until apples are tender.
The time will depend on the size and kind of apples used.
