Easy Baked Apples

These Baked Apples are a pleasure to eat ! With a sensitive stomach I find raw apples a wee bit difficult to digest. These soft Baked Apples are the ideal desserts for me. Try out these fruit dishes and tell me if you like them !
Ingredients
  Baking apples 4 Medium (Firm Variety Such As Rome Beauty, Northern Spy, Rhode Island Greening, Winesap, Etc.)
  Dietetic carbonated beverage 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (For Example Black Cherry, Raspberry, Ginger Ale, Etc)
Directions

Wash and core apples.
To keep skins from bursting, pare them one-third of the way down or slit skins around apples about half way down.
Arrange in baking dish, pour beverage over them and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake uncovered at 400° F. 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
