Apple And Acorn Squash Delight
|Acorn squash||2 Medium|
|Apples||4 Small, diced|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Onion||2 Teaspoon, minced|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Cut squash in half. Remove seeds and place squash cut side down on a nonstick baking sheet.
2. In a nonstick baking dish, combine apples, celery, onion, seasonings, and water. Cover.
3. Bake both squash and apple mixture at 400° for 45 minutes or until tender.
