Professional Life of Brachman

Before becoming “Chef Wayne Harley Brachman,” Brachman was an orchestra teacher at a junior high and his first break came when a Massachusetts restaurant offered him a pastry job on losing their chef. The self taught chef then, landed the job of a pastry chef at The Odeon in NYC after which, he joined Arizona 206. The next major breakthrough in the culinary career of Wayne Harley Brachman arrived when the Mesa Grill and Bolo absorbed him as their Executive Pastry Chef where he teamed up with ace chef Bobby Flay.

Achievements of Chef Brachman

In 1998, Wayne Harley Brachman was declared by the Chocolatier Magazine as one among the "Best 10 Pastry Chefs."
