Louis Dressing for Crab Louis
1. Beat cream until stiff in a large bowl. 2. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing chili sauce onion and parsley blend well. Use to dress cooked chilled crab meat shrimps or scallops.
Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl blend thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 1 cup.
Put all ingredients except onion parsley and olives into Osterizer container cover and process at WHIP until well blended. Stop Osterizer Blender add remaining ingredients cover and process at WHIP only until onion is finely chopped. Serve over cold seafood on

Combine all ingredients.
Whip 1 4 cup whipping cream. Fold in 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 4 cup chili sauce 1 4 cup chopped green pepper 2 tablespoons sliced green onion with tops and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill thoroughly. Serve over
