Butter Shrimp Newburg

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne grains To Taste
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter.
Add flour, salt, and cayenne; mix well.
Add cream and milk gradually; bring to boiling point, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp.
Just before serving, add egg yolks and sherry.
