Hot Fresh Apple Slaw

Ingredients
  Finely shredded cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Dash
  Grated apples 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Place cabbage, vinegar, sugar, butter or margarine, and seasonings in a saucepan.
Bring to boiling point.
Stir in apples and cook only to heat apples.
