Kentucky Green Beans With Almonds
|Green beans||1 Pound, french sliced (Use Kentucky Wonder)|
|Blanched slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Presoak a small clay pot, top and bottom, in water for 15 minutes.
Place beans in the presoaked pot, and top with the almonds.
Combine the soup with white wine and add to the pot.
Cover the pot and place it in a cold oven.
Set the oven temperature at 450 degrees.
Cook for 1 hour.
