Rice A La Creole

The rice a la creole is a mixed rice and ham meat casserole. Combined together with tomatoes and onions, the rice a la creole is topped with breadcrumbs. Paired with a fresh salad if desired, this rice a la creole makes a full meal.
Ingredients
  Chopped boiled ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1
  Boiled rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Fine soft crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Other fat 2 Tablespoon
  Celery salt To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix ingredients in the order given.
Bake in a greased casserole for one half hour (350° F.).
This dish makes a good one dish meal.
