  Red cabbage head 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Tart red apples 2 Large, diced
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon

In glass casserole, combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on high (9) for 7 to 9 minutes or until cabbage is wilted, but still slightly crisp.
Stir twice during cooking.
