Healthy Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Granny smith apples 3 , diced, seeds removed
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Eggless mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nonfat soy yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine apples, celery and raisins.
Mix the lemon juice with mayonnaise and yogurt.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Arrange a lettuce leaf on each salad plate and top with a scoop of the salad.
