Healthy Waldorf Salad
|Apples||3 , cored and diced|
|Pears||3 , cored and diced|
|Seedless grapes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), halved|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped dates||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Paprika||To Taste (For Garnish)|
In a large bowl, toss apples, pears, grapes, celery, walnuts and dates.
Mix yogourt and powdered sugar together.
Pour over salad and toss lightly.
Serve in lettuce cups.
Sprinkle with paprika.
