Ingredients
  Dry kidney beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 3 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.In a bowl soak beans for 24 hours
2.The next day preheat the oven to 400F degrees
MAKING
3.In a pot, transfer the beans and cook until soft in water in which the salt has been dissolved
4.Now drain it, add onion, cheese, crumbs, more salt if needed, and enough milk to moisten
5.Form into a loaf
6.Bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes
7.Make sure to baste occasionally with hot water and fat
SERVING
8.Serve with a sauce of your choice or salads
