|Tomato gravy||2 Cup (32 tbs) (2 portions)|
|Capsicum||1 , sliced|
|Spring onion||1 , sliced|
|Fish fillets||8 , salted and kept for 20 minutes and then washed (preferably pomfret)|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
In a shallow serving dish spread one portion of the tomato gravy, and lay in capsicum and spring onion.
Place the fish fillets on top of the gravy and spread the remaining portion of the tomato gravy over the fish.
Microwave covered for 15 minutes, turning the dish around after 5 minutes.
