  Potatoes 6 Large
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Boiled eggs 4 , chopped

1) Steam potatoes.
2) In a bowl, combine all the stuffing ingrediens.
3) Scoop the potatoes.
4) Fill with stuffing mixture.
5) Place on a baking dish and bake.
6) Serve hot or warm.
