Uncooked long grain rice/Quick cooking white / brown rice
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Grease bottom of large fry pan with small piece of pork fat.
Brown steaks over medium heat, turning once.
Add celery; brown slightly.
Drain excess fat.
Combine remaining ingredients; add to fry pan.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes (40 minutes for brown rice) until rice and steaks are tender.
Add water, if necessary.
