|Coconut milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced guava/Peaches / strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||2 Tablespoon, toasted|
In the top of a double boiler combine the coconut milk, sugar, and cornstarch.
Place over, but not touching, boiling water.
Cook and stir about 15 minutes or till thickened.
Pour into six 1/2 cup oiled molds.
Cover and chill till firm.
To serve, unmold pudding; serve with fruit.
Sprinkle coconut atop each serving.
