|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat ingredients together with rotary beater just until smooth.
Pour into well buttered muffin tins (3/4 full) or large custard cups (1/2 full).
Bake in 425°F.
Oven until golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes.
