Turnip Carrot Cabbage Slaw
|Grated white turnip||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Toss vegetables together gently with a mixture of salt, pepper, and mayonnaise until vegetables are evenly coated.
Chill, covered, in refrigerator until ready
