Creole Sauce With Green Olive

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Celery stalks 4 , chopped
  Sliced mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green olives 12 , sliced
Directions

Saute celery and onions in butter for 4 minutes and add the mushrooms and cook another 2 minutes.
Stir in the flour and add all the other ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
