Kentucky Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef/Ground veal 2 Pound
  Sausages/Salt pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsely 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk/Cooked tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pack mixture into a loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.
If salt pork is used, chop and lightly brown before adding to mixture.
