Kentucky Meat Loaf

|Ground beef/Ground veal||2 Pound|
|Sausages/Salt pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsely||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk/Cooked tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pack mixture into a loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.
If salt pork is used, chop and lightly brown before adding to mixture.
