Warm Cole Slaw
|Thinly shredded cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Finely shredded carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil/Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Celery seeds||1 Teaspoon|
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, onion.
In a small pan, combine, oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves; continue boiling for 2 minutes.
Pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture and mix lightly.
