Creole Pork Chops
|Pork chops||6 (0.5 Inch Thick)|
|Onion slices||6 Large|
|Spaghetti sauce mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope, Italian Style)|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||1 Pound, undrained (1 Can)|
|Sliced pimiento stuffed green olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Trim excess fat around edges of chops.
Slash edges at 1-inch intervals to prevent meat from curling during cooking.
Place chops in a 12x8x2 inch glass baking dish.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave 12 to 14 minutes.
Turn chops over during cooking.
Place an onion slice on each chop.
Combine remaining ingredients except cheese.
Pour sauce over chops.
Cover and microwave on DEFROST for 60 minutes [SIMMER-4, 45 minutes].
Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
