Imperial Crab

Ingredients
  Crabmeat 1 Pound
  Coffee cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Butter 1⁄8 Pound
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
Directions

Melt butter in a double boiler.
Mix in cream, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and egg, stirring constantly.
Add to crabmeat.
Fill greased shells or ramekins with mixture, then sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Brown 1/2 hour in 400° oven.
