Jellied Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Orange gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package, Jell O)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Diced unpeeled apple 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water and lemon juice.
Chill until thickened.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 4 cup mold.
Chill until firm about 4 hours.
Unmold.
Garnish with crisp salad greens.
