Beef And Mushroom Stew

Ingredients
  Round steak 2 Pound, cut in small cubes about 1/2 inch
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Bread flour 2 Tablespoon
  Canned mushrooms and broth 5 Ounce
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 7 Ounce
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown steak cubes in hot fat.
Add onion and garlic, cook until golden, stir in flour.
Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Turn into greased 3-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered in moderate oven (325F) until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours
