Beef And Mushroom Stew
|Round steak||2 Pound, cut in small cubes about 1/2 inch|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Bread flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned mushrooms and broth||5 Ounce|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||7 Ounce|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Brown steak cubes in hot fat.
Add onion and garlic, cook until golden, stir in flour.
Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Turn into greased 3-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered in moderate oven (325F) until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours
