|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (1 Stick)|
|Crabmeat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Minced scallions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Wash and stem the mushrooms.
Dip the caps into melted butter and place upside down in a buttered baking dish.
Combine crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, scallions, lemon juice, worcestershire and half the bread crumbs.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture, sprinkle with remaining crumbs and butter.
Bake fifteen minutes.
