|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Red apples||2 Medium, diced|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon yogurt||16 Ounce|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water; chill until thickened.
Stir in apples, celery and walnuts; pour into 6-cup ring mold.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Combine yogurt, sugar, salt and cinnamon in bowl; chill.
Unmold gelatin ring on greens.
Serve with yogurt mixture.
