String Beans Southern Style

Ingredients
  Green beans 1 Pound
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely diced onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Bacon slices 3 , cut fine
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash beans, cut in 1 inch lengths, add water, onion, bacon and seasonings.
Pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure for 3 minutes.
Reduce pressure.
Simmer uncovered to concentrate juices to one half.
