|Lump crab meat||1 Pound, drained (Fresh)|
|Old bay seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Saltines||6 , crushed into fine crumbs|
Combine the crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, salt, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, baking powder, egg and saltines in a medium bowl and mix well.
Shape into 12 cakes and fry in a skillet over medium heat until light brown on both sides.
