Ham & Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grapefruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Thinly shredded green cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Diced cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apples 2 , peeled, cored and diced
  Grapefruit sections 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in a large skillet; cook onion in butter until tender.
Blend in flour, sugar, mustard and pepper.
Stir in grapefruit juice, water and vinegar; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in cabbage, ham, walnuts and apples; cook 10 minutes.
Add grapefruit sections; heat.
