Ingredients
  Beef 2 Pound (1 Inch)
  Sloppy joe mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Coarsely sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned whole tomatoes 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Green bell pepper 1 , diced
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker; mix well.
Cook on High for 41/2 to 5 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Serve with noodles or rice.
