Shrimp And Crab Gumbo

Shrimp and crab gumbo is a flavorful seafood soup that can be served as a maincourse in meals. The shrimp and carb gumbo is cooked with okras, parsley and other veggies. Flavored with bacon, theshrimp and crab gumbo may be served with rice.
Ingredients
  Bacon slices 8
  Frozen okra 10 Ounce
  Onion 1 Large
  Bell pepper 1
  Parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crab meat/6 boiled cleaned crabs 2 Can (20 oz), small containers
  Boiled shrimp 1 Pound
  Gumbo file 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Fry chopped bacon in 6-quart container over medium heat until browned; remove from pan and reserve.
Brown okra in bacon drippings; add bacon bits, onion, bell pepper, parsley, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and 4 cups water.
Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
Add crab and shrimp; continue to simmer for 1 hour.
In separate container, add slowly 1 cup water to file, stirring constantly.
Add mixture to gumbo; continue stirring until well combined.
Serve over boiled or steamed rice.
