Pineapple Pork Chops Hawaiian

Ingredients
  Center cut pork chops 6
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced pineapple 1 Can (10 oz)
  Bell pepper 1 Medium, sliced
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown pork chops in hot fat; season with salt and pepper.
Place browned pork chops in 2 quart casserole in layers with pineapple and bell pepper.
Sprinkle on brown sugar; add reserved pineapple juice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
