Pineapple Pork Chops Hawaiian

|Center cut pork chops||6|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced pineapple||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Bell pepper||1 Medium, sliced|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown pork chops in hot fat; season with salt and pepper.
Place browned pork chops in 2 quart casserole in layers with pineapple and bell pepper.
Sprinkle on brown sugar; add reserved pineapple juice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
