Cajun Glazed Ham

The cajun glazed ham is a roasted ham recipe prepared with a cajun flavored glaze. The glaze is prepared with a base of vinegar, with jalapenos, brown sugar, mustard, paprika, thyme and oregano and is sperad on the ham before roasting.
Ingredients
  Boneless cooked ham 4 Pound (2 Kilogram)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)
  Jalapenos 4 , seeded and chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon (25 Milliliter)
  Grainy mustard/Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon (25 Milliliter)
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon (15 Ml)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Red cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim ham of all fat.
Pierce ham all over with long skewer and score surface.
In bowl, combine brown sugar, jalapenos, garlic, vinegar, mustard, paprika, pepper, cayenne, thyme and oregano.
Place ham on foil-lined baking sheet.
Spread with one-third of glaze.
Bake in preheated 350°F/180°C oven for 20 minutes.
Baste with one-third more glaze.
Bake for 20 minutes longer.
Repeat.
Total cooking time should be 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Baste often.
Allow to rest for about 15 minutes before carving.
