Chicken Salad Hawaiian

The chicken salad hawaiian is a pineapple and chicken salad that can be served as a full meal. Combined together with olives, grapes, celery and nuts, the salad is flavored with mayo and chilled before serving on lettuce leaves or cups. Sprinkled with paprika for taste, the chicken salad hawaiian can be garnished with parsley.
|Cooked and cubed chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Sliced stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seedless white grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Diced celery||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sliced macadamia nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
Mix chicken, pineapple, olives, grapes, mayonnaise, celery and nuts together; add chopped chives.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Blend again; turn onto crisp lettuce cups.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with watercress or parsley
