Beef And Tapioca Stew

This recipe for beef stew is a filling bake that is prepared in a baking dish. The stew beef is mixed with vegetables like tomatoes, onions and tapioca along with breadcrumbs and can be served with a side salad.
Ingredients
  Stew beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Carrots 6
  Onions 3
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Bread slice 1 , cubed
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Tapioca 3 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 2
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in large baking dish; cover.
Cook 5 hours at 250 degrees.
