|Shredded cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Shredded carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted (One 6-Ounce Can)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine cabbage, carrots, and onion in a large bowl, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a jar, cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Pour over cabbage mixture, toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill 8 hours.
