Hawaiian Pineapple Slices
|Clover honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Tablespoon|
Peel, core and slice the pineapple into 1/2 inch thick slices.
In a small bowl, combine the honey and cinnamon.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the slices in a single layer in the grill and drizzle the honey-cinnamon over the slices.
Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the pineapple is tender.
Repeat with any remaining slices.
