I served the Sausage And Rice Creole for an official but informal get together at home! My colleagues loved it. Now, even they swear by this Sausage And Rice Creole recipe, so don't miss it!
Ingredients
  Sausage 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cream of chicken soup 2 Can (20 oz)
Directions

Brown sausage in pan; pour off grease.
Add onion, garlic, celery and green pepper to sausage; simmer until tender.
Wash rice and combine with sausage mixture and soups in a pyrex baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
