|Tomato pickle relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pumpernickel bread slices||12|
|Canned beef luncheon meat||24 Ounce, cut into 24 slices|
|Processed swiss cheese slices||3⁄4 Pound|
|Canned sauerkraut||14 Ounce, well drained|
Mix mayonnaise or salad dressing and tomato-pickle in 2 cup measure; spread generously over bread slices; halve each slice.
Place 2 slices of luncheon meat side by side on each slice of cheese; top with a spoonful of sauerkraut; fold meat and cheese over sauerkraut and pop between 2 half bread slices.
Repeat to make 12 sandwiches.
