Hawaiian Barbecued Spareribs
|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||14|
|Molasses||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pineapple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cover ribs with 2 quarts water and 1/2 cup vinegar.
Bring to boil; simmer for 20 minutes.
Brown ribs in a greased skillet; place in a deep baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Remove cover the last 15 minutes.
Turn ribs once during baking.
