Ingredients
  Shredded red cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs) (White Colored)
  Carrot 1 , peeled, shredded (0.5 Cup On Shredding)
  Finely chopped white onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Deseeded chopped yellow bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Caraway seed 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Stone ground mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Plain non fat yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the vegetables and caraway in a large serving bowl and mix well.
For the dressing, whisk the mustard and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
Whisk in the yogurt, then the sugar and salt.
Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss thoroughly.
Serve room temperature or chilled.
