Red And White Cabbage Slaw
|Shredded red cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs) (White Colored)|
|Carrot||1 , peeled, shredded (0.5 Cup On Shredding)|
|Finely chopped white onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Deseeded chopped yellow bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Caraway seed||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Stone ground mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Plain non fat yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine the vegetables and caraway in a large serving bowl and mix well.
For the dressing, whisk the mustard and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
Whisk in the yogurt, then the sugar and salt.
Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss thoroughly.
Serve room temperature or chilled.
